London Public Library (Library) is seeking proposals from qualified Canadian vendors for the supply and delivery of physical Library materials for a term not to exceed three (3) years from the date of the Contract.  The Library reserves the right to negotiate a yearly extension to the three (3) year Contract for up to two (2) additional years as required.

The estimated value of annual purchases is $1.2 million.  This budget is an estimate only and subject to changes according to Library budget planning and the possible addition of value-added services offered by the successful proponent.  The estimate includes standing and blanket orders which may or may not be awarded to a single vendor.
